We do not sell personal information for marketing. Do not put emergency, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information into free-text AI or feedback fields.
We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore for account and application data. ImageKit stores and delivers image features and private voice-message media; voice files are requested through an authenticated chat and delivered with short-lived signed links rather than permanent public links. A legacy Firebase Storage path may be used for transformation submissions. Access controls are designed to limit data to the account or authorized server operation, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Depending on the feature you use, technical providers may include Firebase/Google (including Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Firebase Cloud Messaging for optional push delivery), OpenAI, ImageKit, Render, PayPlus when payments are enabled, Telegram for aggregate operator alerts, and conditionally enabled ExerciseDB/AscendAPI, Spoonacular, Frankfurter, or Hugging Face. See Subprocessors. Payment card details are handled by PayPlus, not stored by FuelPhysique.
Push notifications require your browser or operating-system permission. Firebase Cloud Messaging may process a device or installation identifier and the notification preferences you choose. Message previews are off by default for new preferences; if you enable previews, notification text may appear on your device lock screen. You can change notification categories in Settings and revoke permission in your browser or device settings.
Progress photos are intended for your private account. A social profile, text or voice messages, and items you choose to share are visible to the recipients or audiences described in the feature. Voice recordings are not sent to OpenAI, transcribed, or used for AI processing by the voice-message feature. Revocation stops future artifact access but cannot undo a recipient’s prior copy or independent record.
Settings provides a structured account-data export and account deletion request. The structured export includes voice-message metadata; authenticated playback is available while a voice message remains available. Deleting a sent voice message or deleting the sending account removes the active provider asset and leaves an unavailable message marker for the other participant. Deletion requires recent reauthentication and does not guarantee immediate removal from provider backups or records retained for legal obligations. Contact fuelphysiquesupport@gmail.com for help.
