You must be at least 15 years old to use FuelPhysique. We do not represent that we verify parental consent. Users under 15 may not create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at fuelphysiquesupport@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share or sell access to your account.

FuelPhysique is not a medical service. All content and AI-generated recommendations are for general informational and wellness purposes only — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, consult a licensed physician or registered dietitian, especially if you have a pre-existing health condition. You assume full responsibility for any activity undertaken based on the Service.
FuelPhysique uses artificial intelligence to generate plans and coaching responses. AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Do not use it for diagnosis, treatment, emergency decisions, or as a substitute for a licensed professional. Stop and seek appropriate care for urgent symptoms.

Violations may result in content restriction, account suspension, or termination. The Community Guidelines explain reporting and safety expectations.
All content, branding, design, and software are owned by FuelPhysique and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Content you upload, including a voice recording you intentionally send, remains yours. You grant FuelPhysique a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transmit, and display or play it only as needed to operate the features you choose, including sharing content with recipients you select. You are responsible for having the rights needed to upload or share it. See Copyright and IP Complaints.
You may request an account-data export or deletion from Settings. Deletion requires recent reauthentication and removes account data according to the current deletion process; backup and legal-hold handling may take longer. FuelPhysique may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, access to the Service ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuelPhysique and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
We may update these Terms and will update the date and version. Where a new acceptance is required, protected features remain unavailable until the current Terms and Privacy Notice are accepted.
