Important: FuelPhysique provides general educational and organizational tools. It is not a medical service and does not replace a physician, registered dietitian, physiotherapist or other qualified professional.
Health and safety
- Generated plans are estimates and may contain errors or may not suit your health, medications, injuries, development or individual needs.
- Stop activity and seek appropriate medical help for chest pain, fainting, severe shortness of breath, acute injury or other alarming symptoms.
- Do not use FuelPhysique to diagnose, treat or cure a disease, or to change medication or supplement doses.
- Users with medical conditions, pregnancy, eating-disorder concerns, unexplained weight change or significant pain should obtain professional guidance before following a plan.
Users aged 15–17
Youth Mode requires approval from a parent or legal guardian. Its plans are intended to support healthy growth and activity, not aggressive weight loss or bodybuilding. A pediatric clinician or dietitian should supervise intentional weight change or medical nutrition needs. FuelPhysique is not available for personalized nutrition plans below age 15.
User responsibility
You are responsible for entering accurate information, choosing loads and foods safely, respecting allergies, and stopping when something feels unsafe. Do not rely on FuelPhysique as the sole basis for a high-risk health decision.
AI and research information
AI responses may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. Evidence-strength labels are explanatory ratings, not guarantees. Check cited sources and consult a professional when accuracy is important.
Privacy
FuelPhysique may store profile, conversation, workout, nutrition and progress information to provide its features. Health-related information is sensitive. Do not enter information you do not want processed. A production launch should include a complete privacy policy describing retention, deletion, providers and user rights.
Legal scope
Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived. No disclaimer can eliminate every possibility of harm, complaint or legal claim. Applicable law and the facts of each case control. These draft terms must be reviewed by qualified Israeli legal counsel before public launch.
